As the global Shift of consciousness gathers pace, we are expanding our awareness beyond the level of our personality to heal and release the limited patterns of our past and re-member who we really are. The energetic portal to our higher awareness is the 8th chakra of the universal heart and in this experiential introductory workshop you will learn how to activate your 8th chakra and access soul level awareness and guidance to help you understand and heal yourself at the deeper level.
This workshop has previously been offered as an evening course. It leads on to Intermediate and Advanced level workshops in the Spring and Summer terms respectively.
